Thermal ImagingÂ
High Grade Thermal Imaging – The Invisible Problem Detector
What Thermal Imaging Does
Thermal imaging (infrared thermography) captures heat signatures invisible to the
naked eye by detecting temperature differences across surfaces. When mounted on a
drone, thermal cameras can scan large areas from above to identify:
• Heat anomalies in electrical components
• Moisture intrusion and water leaks
• Insulation gaps and air leakage
• Roof and façade defects
• Structural weaknesses and equipment failures
Thermal payloads detect hotspots indicating failing connectors, overloaded
components, or insulation breakdown—problems that remain hidden until they cause
outages or damage.

CONSTRUCTION REPORTS & SURVEYING
In this package you will receive detailed weekly aerial job photos, specific milestone photos or try our LIDAR surveying, THERMAL IMAGING & 3D modeling to get precise floor plans, elevations, and MEP coordination
LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) uses rapid pulses of infrared laser light to
measure distances with extreme precision. When mounted on a drone, it
captures millions of data points per second, creating a dense 3D point cloud that
represents the exact geometry of terrain, structures, and assets
Unlike traditional cameras that only capture visible light, LiDAR measures physical
distance and shape, enabling it to:
• Map terrain contours and elevation changes
• Generate accurate topographic maps
• Create 3D digital twins of construction sites
• Measure clearance, sag, and vegetation proximity
• Detect structural deformation and cracks
